E-TICKETING PROBLEM !!!!

just been on and renewed mine ,wanted to get my mates as well but wouldnt let me ,so got his log in etc did that and his season ticket number has now been overidden by his sons away membership so he doesnt have the option to buy online now and no other way to enter his fan number ....any clues ?

Best just to go down to the ticket office. Speak as you find, but I have always found them to be very helpful. Otherwise, just phone them up. Again, they have always been good with me. Planning to go and renew on Monday
