E-Ticketing - can no longer assign my kids to my account

I am super peeved off.
Yesterday I went to check my online ticket account to ensure all was fine, and for some reason my daughter assigned account showed as unavailable.
So I rang the ticket office who assured me all was okay at their end, but then when looking at their screen said oh and realised my problem. I spoke to a supervisor and was assured that this would be rectified and i'd get a call back by the end of the day.
alas nothing at all .... so i now cannot get through to the ticket office, and cannot assign my kids season tickets to my master account!
not happy!!!

Similar happened to me just had to buy them separately using their e ticketing log ins

hi, i have tried that and managed to renew mine and my sons, however when activating their accounts i used the same email address..
and as you log in using the email address it doesn't recognise my daughter aaaarghhhh
and also for wembley the above approach would be no good as i need all three tickets together
have been sat on hold for an hour now.... which is soooo frustrating!
