A youngster getting signed. Dave Jones did such brilliant things for this football club, but I don't think he never really had much faith in youngsters. For example, Adam Mathews last year, and Josh McGuiness the year before. But you just feel under Malky, players like Rudy, Mason, Ralls and now Kadeem have a real shout of getting themselves established into that starting 11, if not this year then the next. From what I've heard he's supposed to be a real prospect! Let's just hope we can get some more experience in Tommy Smith, or Jamie Mackie to balance the ship a little.
