Can somone answer this

When i go down to renew my ambassador season ticket and register for a second ticket ,how will they know when you go down from the 12th to collect your ticket or tickets ,how will they know you are entitled to two ,because in the past you never went to the ticket office itself you went to a kiosk in the stadium where they cut the corner off your season ticket card ie (they never looked on a data base .

I'd renew your ST online, no need for a queue in the cold. You won't need to queue anyway can't see 10k going.
