I have taken a call from a source that an agent is telling him City have made a £1.5million bid for Jamie Mackie.

Also City have enquired about Tommy Smith and so have Swansea, this comes from the same agent.

With Craig Noone I am told that the deal is still on.

Let's hope at least 2 but even the 3 come off

Looking good Carl. According to Sky, Cisse has signed for QPr and according to BBC, a fee has been agreed and Zamora has agreed terms at QPR.

Fingers crossed we get a couple in today. Would we want to sign both Smith and Mackie? And could we afford it? Noone is the important one imo. We need a winger, I know we have just signed Harris but is he realistically going to have a big impact THIS season?

The Cisse deal to QPR is done and he has tweeted about.

If we managed to get all three then that would be amazing.

I think QPR have signed Cisse and they are trying very hard to sign Zamora. If these come off the likes of Mackie and Smith will be moving somewhere. Hopefully one of them will come here.

Jesus Jones is a Welshman any 2 of those 3 and we are going places in my opinion.

I know were definitely not getting all of them, but I think 1 is enough.
Say we get Mackie and Noone, thats 3 wingers overall with Harris. We will find a lot of our 'lesser' players wont get a sniff - McPhail, Ralls, Kiss etc with only 5 subs.
Hopefully we get either Noone or Mackie, just the one. That'll be enough for me.
