Bellamy Quote

Tue Jan 31, 2012 2:18 pm

"If it is a missed opportunity this year, I will definitely be here next year because I want this club to get to the Premier League," he said.

"Whether it finishes my career doing so, I'll make sure that happens because I'm committed.

"I've made too many promises to myself, my kids, my friends and people around me that if I don't [get promotion] it will be a massive disappointment to me.

"But I'll be here next year trying to do the same."

I know you wont play against us and fully understand your reasons why.

Your a true gent and a man of his word Craig...well done a shining example to the youngsters of today that honour amongst sportsmen is far more valuable than the shilling :ayatollah:

He promised and he's a Cardiff boy.

We deserve a public explanation through Sky Sports or whoever.

Whatever the reason, I still reckon he wont play.

I couldn't do it to us, you couldn't do it to us.

So what makes him any different?

Football is not a profession, that's made up by the media. It's an extension of warfare...mild but the same...it's only termed professional because you get money for it.

The Liverpool fan thing is what i'm worried about.

He's on 50K per week, a huge wage cut from his 90k+ at City anyway. To be honest don't think Craig expected Liverpool to come in with an offer for him, and he needs money for his academy as well as other factors

Get a life mate. One thing he did was run his bollocks off for us. Secondly he scored a fantastic goal against the Jacks that made the trip home from Scumsea so so enjoyable.

Just leave him alone and enjoy the time spent watching him in a Bluebirds shirt!!!!!

Either my time machine to August last year works, or someone needs to let go a grow up.

Re: Bellamy Quote

He will definitely play. The only thing stopping him from missing the final is if he gets injured.

Re: Bellamy Quote

Tue Jan 31, 2012 6:05 pm

Its going to be like the WWF.
He will start for Liverpool then half way through the game score an crazy own goal. At which point he will pull off his Liverpool shirt to reveal a City shirt underneath. He will then clothesline Steven Gerrard, to get sent off, then dive into the City fans from the top rope.

Or something.
