Your Wembley allocation

Tue Jan 31, 2012 11:58 am

Not that it's anything to do with me, but here goes...

When we played Reading last year I'm sure we were given a similar initial allocation to yours for the Liverpool match. Then other factors come into play. First off was segregation, i.e. the threat of trouble at the match and on the day. A few people on here have mentioned playing at Anfield with no trouble and having a great day out, so, if the police agree, I'm sure your allocation increases.

Then I think there were returns from Club Wembley members, a few other things affected the final allocation and my memory is a bit hazy but I know both Reading and ourselves ended up with over 39,000 tickets each.

Perhaps the 31,000 is an initial minimum number but more tickets will become available as these other factors are sorted out?

As I said, nothing to do with me really, just a thought after reading some of the threads on here today.

Tbf mate not trying to be bitchy but we have been 3 times previous of this. And the allocation may rise slightly but not as much as the play off final is like you said club wembley etc but with Liverpool playing in this one i cant really see if being budged for either team! The Club Wembley memebers are not usually interested in the Play Off Final games that's why alot get sent back then distributed to the respective clubs i believe the same happened with us when we played Blackpool

i agree with what most of you are saying, but do we really apeal to the corprate. we aint as big as ppl may think, me including :ayatollah: i no we would sell 40,000 plus if they give but for the neutral :?:

true, not many people are interested in city or just hate us anyway. Many neutrals would quite happily watch the prem teams play but couldn't give a rat's arse about us.
Besides we shouldn't be in the english league anyway

Im not on about us with that statement mate im on about Liverpool fans getting corporate tickets, many business' an companies will go to watch the final because Liverpool are playing. IMO Liverpool could sell Wembley out themselves for this game with the fan base they have
