renewing season ticket

does any one know if i can give the renewal form with details filled in to a mate whos going dowen the city to renew ?.

tried to phone ticket office but cant get through

i just rang tickett office they are accepting forms by post or in person only and the first 10.000 will get extra ticket and this includes new season tickets she said and they will let you know there and then if your in the 10.000
