It just appears as though Noone doesn't want to come to the club, he obviously is happy at Brighton so much so that he'd rather no make what is a small step up towards his dreams of premiership football. He is purposely making it as tough as is possible by making sure he sucks everything he can from a deal if he was to move here....Brighton over priced him and the player is over pricing himself purposely in my opinion. f**k him off!

Players like Harris and good acquisitions, he'll be such a dangerous impact sub this season and a good bifg profit maker down the line. We just need some experienced young men who can hit the floor running and who WANT to have ambition with Cardiff. As Malky has said before though, January window is a time for inflated ego's and he will not pander to that shit, f*cking DO ONE! :ayatollah:

This would have been filmed in the morning of yesterday... meaning for all Carl's and Annis' hunches/sources on the imminent signing coming in it seems it was already dead before most of yesterdays contradicting updates. Still.. cant get em all right :ayatollah:

Yep totally agree mate .. By all accounts his final ball is shite anway .. He can go past players with ease but cannot put the ball onto the money spot ... Give this young lad a crack at the first team

Something he can work on, if he was the finished article we wouldn't get near to affording him.
Burke couldn't cross but still made an impact over a season.

Seems to me that our manager was saying that there would be no late "kneejerk" reaction signings just for the sake of it. He talked about going for targets that have been identified for a while and said "some" of them had fallen through - to me this means that there are still a few that are ongoing.

What shouldn't be forgotten is that about six or seven hours after this interview, we were announcing a new signing. Malky Mackay is doing a marvellous job, but he's just like any other manager in that he won't tell the whole truth to the media if he thinks the occasional white lie will help him get what he wants.

Our success of our season does not depend on bringing more players in.

We sit third in the table and we are in a final.

I have said for a long time I only wanted cover players in as I think Malky has proved this team is good enough.

If things do not work out on players coming in then so be it.

To be honest Im more worried about Pompey going under and we having to give up 4 points.
