Also reading on the BBC website that we have the best disciplinary record in the Championship,
an unrivalled 33 yellow cards and NO red cards.

Is that another sign of Malkys influence on discipline and a great way of the players replicating that on the pitch and I presume off it.

No stories of players out on the piss, late nights etc.
Just great role models for kids, and for our other younger players..

In interviews I`ve heard Malky saying about "eating healthy, discipline, hard work, he`s a role model of a captain" the list is endless, what a guy

It's not an understatement to say he's been a revelation since he's been here, his philosophy of hard work, dedication, healthy lifestyle, teamwork and loyalty are a testimony to his ability to get the best out of his players and to be respected by the fans.

He even went to Mikey Dyes funeral. He marched in looking immaculate, and I thought even if this guy don't do much for us I take my hat off to him, total respect for him. We salute you Malky

Fellow Bluebirds - first post here... I wasn't sure about Malky when he was first appointed, but soon met him down at the Vale where it was obvious that he had something special. The players respond brilliantly to him, he has a sense of humour [laughed when I said Parkin was crap], has spent what money he has very wisely and has treated us fans with the utmost respect. He's moulded a brand new team to be the most difficult to beat in the Championship, got us playing decent football and another Wembley appearance and an exciting run in to the end of the season to look forward to. I trust him to spend what money he has wisely to build on these fantastic foundations he has put in place. So does that make him an all round great manager - yes, because he's achieved it all in just under nine months!!! Viva la Malky revolution because that is what it has been. Malky is a Bluebird - his passion for this club is there for all to see
