As Cardiff City enters another historic phase, we are pleased to announce Season Ticket details for the 2012/13 campaign. Taking the iconic phrase 'My Only Cardiff', this year we focus on more than matters on the pitch. Great goals, players and games are there to celebrate of course, but it's always been more than just that at Cardiff City. As supporters it's also about the connections we build and establish with family and friends - even the wide range of quirks and activities we enjoy on a match-day.


As a club we appreciate what it all means to be a Cardiff City fan, win, lose or draw. We're a community and we're proud of it and our 'My Only Cardiff' campaign will take in billboards, newspaper advertising, train station posters and more. We will be showcasing a range of stories that everyone can relate to, summing up what Cardiff City means across our community.

Ambassador Renewals - Loyalty Rewarded: We would like to thank you for your fantastic support as Cardiff City Ambassadors. Our 2012/13 Ambassador Season Tickets will go on sale from 10am Wednesday February 1st, with all existing seats reserved until 5pm on Friday March 30th. We are now into the third season of the five year price freeze for eligible Ambassadors, but in addition are holding all prices across the board. So for Cardiff City Ambassadors the price won't change for next season - it's the same as this year - pending your price category. Please note that for the 2012/13 season and onwards we are launching our Young Adults price category, which includes all supporters aged between 16 and 21. This category supersedes all student discounts.



All Ambassadors for the 2011/12 season are guaranteed a ticket for the Carling Cup Final at Wembley on February 26th, while the first 10,000 Ambassadors who renew their Season Ticket by February 9th are also, subject to availability on a first come, first served basis, eligible to apply to purchase a second Wembley ticket. The second ticket option is an extra way to thank you all for the fantastic and continued loyalty shown to this special club.

Ambassador renewals can be processed in person at the ticket office and over the phone by calling 0845 345 1400 between standard ticket office opening hours. We also have the facility to renew online via e-ticketing. Please note that Ambassador renewals are not attached to the Carling Cup Final. During this priority window no Wembley calls will be dealt with.

All current Platinum Ambassadors and Ambassadors will receive a renewal pack through the post over the next couple of days, so look out for that. Please note that all seat reservations will be withdrawn after March 30th and as such any renewals thereafter will be for any available seats. Season Tickets will be withdrawn from sale at 5pm on Friday April 13th.

New Ambassadors - General Sale: A record number of Ambassadors are enjoying their season this year and we want to increase those numbers further, growing our great club year on year. New Ambassadors are welcome to purchase Season Tickets for the 2012/13 campaign in currently unreserved seating from 10am Wednesday February 1st. Season Tickets will be withdrawn from sale at 5pm on Friday April 13th.

New Ambassadors who purchase 2012/13 Season Tickets prior to February 9th will be eligible, subject to availability and conditions, to purchase one ticket to the Carling Cup Final.

Finance Options: We fully understand that the current financial climate is difficult, so as a means to help supporters spread the cost we are offering two payment plans - a five month interest free option and a ten month interest bearing plan.

For all current Ambassadors credit approval is guaranteed, for those over 18 irrespective of credit history as the Club will underwrite the credit approval with our partners, Zebra Finance.

New Ambassadors can apply for finance on a case by case basis, in person only at the ticket office at Cardiff City Stadium. Please note that finance will only be available to those with a valid booking history, taking in ticket purchases made during the 2011/12 season, prior to the Carling Cup Semi-Final.

i'll be renewing on the 1st but wont be taking up the offer for the extra ticket, i will leave that for others to try and grab. lets hope its not a liverpool fan grrrrrrrrr

I was wondering the same thing.

Very bad news for database fans who work some matchdays and a season ticket is not an option.tut tut tut,I hope the leftover tickets(if there are any) go to fans on the database and not just any old scouser.

That 18000 includes Premier Season Ticket holders.

I got the impression from the announcement that as a season ticket holder I'm obviously guaranteed a seat, but when renewing if I'm in the first 10000 by feb 9th I can get a second. Does this make you all think that final tickets won't go on sale until after the 9th when they know the 10000 eligible season ticket holders?

Hoping to get a season ticket in family end next year any chance?

ive worked saturdays for the last 15 yrs.... im not bothered and will still renew my season ticket, its still the best value..

im entitled to 1 sat a month off work so always make sure that is when city are home...

by having a season ticket it may cost 60 odd quid a month but some months we can have 3/4 games at home with midweek etc. so buying single tickets would work out more..

if i cannot go on a saturday i pass my season ticket on to a mate to use, everyones a winner!
