He's in the 10 most popular talked about subjects in the UK at the moment, not bad for a 18 year old low-key signing, hope he'll be trending a lot more in the future!

Basically if a word or a few words are 'trending' it means they are very popular around twitter in certain areas such as Worldwide, UK etc.
So if a billion people all tweeted 'Cardiff' it would likely be trending, basically means lots of people are talking about Kadeem Harris
