I think Noone is for now and Kadeem is for the future. It makes sense as we only have Conway as an out and out winger. I did a post saying we need to sign two wingers recently too as this would allow Cowie to shift inside alongside Whitts and Gunnarsson, which would give us an awesome, creative and solid middle 3 imo.
