This morning Annis has received phone calls from Steve Day and Adam Brown (Midfield General), both have asked Annis to put over a message from them so Annis asked me and here we are.

Steve Day does not want his name mentioned on this forum apart from me posting it to ask you all not to post it
Steve says he does not want to use the board and wants his name kept off it.

Adam Brown's message is that he only posts under one name (Midfield General) and he looks at the board but will not post in the next 3 months because of work commitments.

This is not a dictatorship, if a person wants to mention a person then they will, its not always negative....well. It is never personal other than a dig at their posts, so whats the harm here? You can remove threads or posts but that would be wrong for quiet a few reasons, its like placing a restraining order on everyone.

If you are a character with outspoken views that attract a lot of attention and extensive debates, you have to stand by them. A person cant just turn it off like a tap because they've taken a 'working break' from the forum. People are still going to mention you if they feel, even when your away. Its like David Beckham releasing a statement say that he off to Australia on a working holiday, so please don't print any stories of him whilst he's away.

He ran off with his tail between his legs after a leathering on ccmb and seems to have done the same again.

He should not have been feckin stupid enough to post his comments on a message board in the first place. Bright is certainly not a word I would associate with Mr Brown, what a spanner that guy is.

I have a question. Due to my name also being Steve Day, can people mention my name in the context of me rather than Daya or is he requesting a total ban on all references to the name Steve Day be it me, him or another individual that shares our name?

You emailed me 9 emails, then asked for me to ring you, then I emailed back and you rang me,I lifted your ban on condition you behaved. You also asked me to tell everyone not to put your name on here again, which I wont.You also said you want nothing to do with Cardiff. Fair enough.
