Chief the guy is nearly 30 so he hasn't lost his "better than everyone else attitude" yet so likely never will. He has had his chance, now he has gone. Malky has gone forwards a 100% we do not want to go backwards. Why do supporters hanker after or want the players back from last season and a return to the bad old Days. You will be wanting Dave Jones back next

Were you saying that when he was scoring 20 yard curlers into the top corner against QPR last season? when he score over 20 goals in all competitions.... In this Division Bothroyd looked class! and I believe Malky could sort him out no problem..... You either adapt or you don't play! simples. I'm not saying I want him back, but the way people just discredit him after the way he played for us last season is shocking.

Yes he did !! nearly all before Christmas. But after he had his England cap he wanted to go. When he was told no he threw his dummy out of the pram and gave IMO less than 50% playing for us. Myth oh come on i saw with my own eyes the effort this disgrace of a player put in. One fooking goal against QPR ? Wow !! He did not want to play for us did he ?
