I have the ultimate team of bottlers.
Season after season we start well and play terribly at the end and almost get relegated.
Although I did somehow beat Chelsea 10- a few months back (in game) so I'm clearly doing something right.

Sesto, 27yo italian right winger. Bought him and got jack robinson on loan.. Smashed the league with just those two.. Earnshaw did bag 24 goals though.

DONT SPEND A PENNY !!!! (until january)
honestly i got promotion without buying anyone until i felt it was right. key is to keep the team fitt
442 miller target man, earnie poacher, (when playing a cup match play rudy in millers place and mason instead of earnie)
i saved my money, sold off gerrard, parkin, not sure who else, mainly saved my big team. had around £1.5m come january.
then you need to add a 4-5-1 system. with 2 "center midfielders" 2 wingers and a attm mid, and one upfront "complete forward"
i used the 4-5-1 when playing against a team in form or up around me in the league, as we then dominated possession and usually scored one or two.
chances are your players will get worn out from feb onwards, so in january ONLY buy if a good player who is transfer listed. i ended up with some spanish winger i found transfer listed with brilliant pace, it really helps towards end of season. if you start to pick up injuries, or tired out, then look at the transfer list, get them on loan.
