Realistically, what are we hoping for?
I'm pleased to see that there is not much speculation in terms of players leaving. Last January we had the Bothyroyd - is leaving saga - and it seemed that went to his head a bit and for me he wasn't the same player in the second half of the season.
In terms of players in.........hopefully the Noone signing will happen as that will give us more options as Cowie can be played in field where I think he's looked pretty effective at times this season.
I'd still like us to sign a goalscorer as even though we are only playing one up front for most games, if Miller gets injured then I'm not sure we can rely on Mason, Gestede or Earnshaw to lay his role.
If we've got the cash....what about an approach for Nicky Maynard? Out of contract in the summer, transferred listed. Been linked with Wigan, but they are going down and hopefully we'll be going the other way !!!
Maynard and Noone and we won't be far off promotion.

Im worried about deadline considering we're playing Soton' the same day we're going to have to sign in the day but don't we have a head of recruitment i can't remember?? im still positive we will get two names in though

Yeah right there, there's pretty much a full league programme on Tuesday and so presumably most business will be done by close of play on Monday?
Sky Sports News might be disappointed as there may be no last minute transfers after bigging up transfer day on the TV
