So Matt Phillips looks unlikely to join City?
His wage demands are proving a stumbling
block.........Wake up and smell the coffee
is my advice to this kid!!!You are 20yrs old
not a regular starter for Blackpool and being
tracked by a team going places that needs a
right winger with pace!!Are these kids/players
being badly advised or what??????

His demands must be silly, my impression is that Cardiff have been good payers, to get and keep players like Miller, and You don't hear Whitts complaining... Also explains why the likes of Parkin, Taiwo and previously Comminges always ran out the contracts cos the other clubs could never match.
Or his agent knows that there is Premership interest and would rather play in the reserves and bank the cash...

"Yeah" the reserves at Bolton is being reported?
So he is passing up on regular game time infront
of bigger louder crowds,so he can sit on the bench

Holloway said he won't sell him to anyone in this league,or bottom half of premiership.nothing to do with wages.

how do you know this about his wage demands?
And while your at it how do you know it is the stumbling block to joining : Cardiff? Are you sayingwe've matched the asking price? !!!!
