living in cardiff and working in bristol,and its really starting to hurt.how much more can it go up

Still 138.7 at asda, but way to high. The oil companies just use any excuse to put it up.
I always wonder how that gulf garage by radyr stays in business 155.9 last time I looked!

Just remember it costs you less in the long run over petrol.
