so i used the cardiff city football manager error forum and made the statement that we own our stadium and i was told i need to back it up with proof and evidence,
they said that the stadium is owned by Cardiff City Stadium LTD

They then pay a peppercorn rent (very small amount) to the council who "own" the land. The land is leasehold for perhaps 100 years. The club probably got an option to buy the leasehold, as do home owners in the same situation. Council cannot do anything with the land for say 100 years.
Compare to the jerks who do not own anything, land, stadium, car parking etc.
