City player Danny Malloy was a tough bloke, my old fella told me about the time city were playing Boro in 1958 and Brian Clough was playing for boro that day, he was gobbing off to Malloy all through the game, Danny had a guts full so he chinned him, Clough was sprawled out unconscious on the pitch

I can,t remember his name but in 1920 Newport county goalie had enough of millwall chucking missiles at him at THE DEN , and jumped into them on terrace behind goal. He was knocked unconcious ! There was another player in the late eighties who done the same, cant think of his name, i think he fell over wall and started rowing with them. Ha Ha :D :old:
