Leeds in the seventies in particular were nasty from 1-11, with the likes of Reaney, jonny giles, bremner, hunter, Maddeley, Yorath, Clarke, Lorimer, charlton and Mick jones all capable of giving a good hiding (oh im not a closet leeds fan, its just my era!!)![]()

I can,t remember his name but in 1920 Newport county goalie had enough of millwall chucking missiles at him at THE DEN , and jumped into them on terrace behind goal. He was knocked unconcious ! There was another player in the late eighties who done the same, cant think of his name, i think he fell over wall and started rowing with them.
