New signings playing in final?

Cracking nite and celebrations down the ccs last nite and great atmosphere! I was wondering in the final if we make any new signings will they be eligible to play in the final? I can imagine miller and mackie or Phillips tearing the Liverpool defence apart!

Mackie is and Phillips is but Noone is not they're only players we've been linked i think

If either Phillips or Noone were to sign, wouldn't they be cup tied?

Phillips hasn't played in the League cup this season

So if a player has played in the carling cup for another team this season that means they're cup tied isit yeh..
