A word of praise for the backroom team.

Malky and the players have richly deserved all the plaudits that have come their way so far this season but I also think that a debt of gratitude is owed to Kerslake and the rest of the backroom team.
Malky has made a great deal of the fact that we are all part of the team and I think that we are really seeing the benefit now of the coaching team and backroom staff he has brought to the club.
By all accounts the training, preparation and approach within the club has changed completely. Last night, our team who had played an extremely tough Championship game only three days before looked fitter for the whole 120 minutes than a Palace team most of whom had not played in their Championship game.
The whole set up has a much more professional appearance and whilst that obviously comes from the man in charge, all of the support and backroom staff deserve a big pat on the back as well.

yep agree excellent post,
ive never seen a team fitter and more prepared for a long time
the fact that we toughed it out and got a scrappy 1-0 win at forest and just 2 days later outplayed the in form team of the division Reading was absolutely outstanding
and of course the heroics last night
