Nukes,my mate does mma.He's always banging on about a gym in bargoed,hes mentioned numorous times thats its 1 of the best in the country.im wondering if this could be the same gym?

The only other decent Gym so to speak is Bargoed Boxing Club where Nathan Cleverly trains. But its Bargoed SKC. Ask your mate if that is the one. We do have World class competitors at Bargoed mate.
