Tomorrow night - 1st Batallion The Royal Welch

Tomorrow my best mate Beefy, A serving soldier of 20 years with 1st Battalion The Royal Welch will be marching on the pitch before the Palace game. Beefy like many others serving in the Regiment has seen conflict in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Afghanistan, The Gulf and Iraq as well as tours of duty in many other countries.
I would like all your support in chanting “Beefy – Do the Ayatollah” on the march past.
Beefy is a lifelong Bluebirds fan that gets to every possible match when home on leave and although he is unaware of my planned tribute I’m certain he will love it and oblige with some head proper Beret tapping.

I didn't expect such early responses so thanks again guys.
This is the 1st time i've used this site for personal reasons but I had no hesitation with this one.
as an ex serving soldier myself i know too well how hard the boys work.
