Dawned on me today that it was a bit odd that my ticket for tomorrow's match hadn't arrived, as I ordered last week and they usually come within 2 days. Then I remembered that last tickets I got were addressed to the wrong number house on my street. I emailed the ticket office about this to get them to change it back to the right number. Never got a response and now realise I should have checked the order confirmation as the wrong number is still on there.
Anyway - been to knock on the door but no answer. Will try again in the morning. They will also have my Palace ticket.
What will piss me off is perhaps losing a good seat for the palace match. I'm fortunate enough in that if worse comes to worse I could buy more tickets and claim money back later, not forking out twice for their error.
Anyone know if they can reprint my tickets tomorrow if I get in touch with them and explain what they've done / provide evidence in the ticker office etc?? I'm guessing it won't be possible, but if anyone could put my mind to rest that would be great.

Cheers for the feedback guys. Appreciate that. Spoke with a girl in the ticket office and she was fantastic, has printed me off new tickets to collect and the others are now void. Good result.
