Pretty much the same as your team, but i'd stick with Blake even if Kev is ready. Because he may still be a little tender so best rest him for Palace.
IMO Kiss needs to come back in because he's a great tackler and we'll need to stop them getting forward, also bring him in for tuesday. I would swap Conway and Cowie around because Conway will be looking to cross the ball in a lot so putting him on the right stops him pulling the ball back all the time
