Does anyone know if this company has gone bust, they deal with PPI and Mortgage reclaims

just had a look online and nothing about it mate

I have reviewed the Ministry of Justice website and note that they are not listed on there.

They are dealing with a mis-sold mortgage of mine and I can't contact them, not by phone or Email, they trade as MCUK

I have looked them up on companys house, they seem to be still trading, don't know if they have moved location.

The Emails keep being sent back to me as ann error

Do you still have all the mortgage paperwork or did you send it to them. I used to manage a mortgage complaints team as an outsource contract. I could probably help you complete the complaint process and secure any compo if it was mis sold or if there were any errors during the sales or advice process. The claims companies are a rip off anyway as they usually take a 15-25% cut of the compo. I'll do it for 5%, no compo no fee.

Unfortunatly we got rid of nearly all the paper work when we changed mortgage a few yrs ago, we were moved from a prime to a sub prime lender, but the intrest rate seemed good at the time, we have since moved as my wife works for LLoyds TSB and have got a fixed term rate that is a very good rate
