100% , alot of City fans love to dish it out but cant take it, Yes the Swans are our big rivals , But I dont hate them ,why should I ? But when they beat a english team ,one of the London big guns , you have to give them credit for that. Also as I always say, I will back any Welsh club not matter who they are if they are playing a english club. Great win for you Swans great!

Exactly, All im concerned about is how we do. I'd prefer Swansea winning anyway against teams in the top half of the table tbh, makes things alot more interesting, BUT when we play them, They become our instant rivals as usual and they'll get the stick they deserve. Thats local deby's & rivalry for you - things wont change on that outlook.

I don't care for this tit for tat rivalry. Unless we're playing them I don't care. I won't shower them with praise either. It's good for Welsh football that they won but it doesn't make a difference to us. I wish people would stop rising to the abuse the Jacks give. If they want to give it, fair play but some don't have end up being easy biters.

Swansea are doing well, best of luck to them. Don't really go in for 'banter' myself, prefer to try to have a decent football chat. Besides, what goes round, comes round, in football, as in life.

Just finished reading Ali's book, which I had for Christmas. In it he says, 'Depending on age, most Cardiff fans consider Bristol City or Swansea to be the club's main rivals'. As I'm 54, I come from the older group, and for me our main rivals will always be the Worzels. But Ali is right, a lot of the younger fans see Swansea as the main rivals.

But Cardiff, and Swansea, are one club cities. We don't really have a derby as such. We're 40 miles away from each other !

Totally agree with your post. Its up to us to ride out this storm and wait for our turn whenever that comes. It bugs me to say it but they were down with the dead men not that long ago and have had two spells in the 1st league and EPL.

They must be doing something right and its up to our club to emulate them. That's it from me as I only want to discuss our club not those gypos' down the road

With the Jacks, a bit of humility doesn't hurt every now and again. Anyway, it'll be even more satisfying when we take our (rightful - not that I'm arrogant ) place back at the top of Welsh football.
