a little bit of complacency kicking in now. the likes of cowie and conway started swiftly scoring goals, ralls stepping in is a great move for the club but if he does too well he may be poached from us.
we rely way too heavily on kenny miller to run the line, when he doesn't score and whitt's goes quiet for games on end we are a very beatable side for anyone in this division, still a good one, but easily beatable.

if we dont sign a quality front man + 2 more to beef up our push firstly some of our star men will get very tired and the side will stay complacent. resulting in points being dropped and promotion being significantly harder, rudy and mason are good lads but they both miss something, even earnshaw i'm serious now, earnshaw has alot to offer the team especially if he had a quality big man up with him, to take some pressure of miller. he would still bang in goals for fun if he had to be played week in week out.

imo Ralls had too much game time in a short space time for someone of his age i know hes played quite well in the recent games like Palace and Reading but everyone needs a bit of rest and Conway was always ready to step in. We defiantly need a big man as Rudy's too raw imo but i think we can still do the play-offs though

There's a lot of sense in your post, except that we are not easily beatable, as we've lost only 4 games in the league, which is less than anybody else in the Championship!

a good point above also that We have only lost 4 games, that True but we have had a full side and a potent kenny miller and midfield for alot of games, they have so much pressure on them and were relying on the injury run of luck

That about sums it up for me, the Swans away form was awful for a few months last season, but as long as you're up there, you give yourself a fighting chance. For what its worth, I can't see Southampton keeping the pace all season so its there for the taking...

Our biggest issues are injuries and player burn out. We need to add three decent players just to bolster the squad. If we can do that I now believe we'll be in the mix come May.
