Malky and value for money

Popped into my regular barbers in Cowbridge today (Barbers 72 ), was told that Malky had his hair cut there yesterday and goes there all the time. This barbers is new and the prices are really cheap compared to the other's in the Town and to be honest you get a really good cut.
Isn't this another sign that Malky is always looking for a bargain and will not pay over the odds for anything.

No it just means hes tight as f**k like most jocks.
