I posted last week that I lost my job on Xmas eve, then didnt get paid the £2000 plus wages I was due on the 30th of December, so I phoned my old boss, and said Id take him to court over it, next day he phones me and says, " you take me to court and ill come around your house and rip your f*cking head off you welsh prick"! Is that a racist comment? Anyway the employement tribunal people in Bedford have taken on the case now.

I dont think the "Welsh prick" bit will get him in as much trouble as the " you take me to court and ill come around your house and rip your f*cking head off" bit

Hope so, I worked over 250 hours that month, as a multi drop driver, to a subcontractor for UPS, laid me off as he new it would be quite after xmas, at least he could of paid me
