TICKET HELP PLEASE

Just booked my Palace ticket, using my fan number, and chossing my season ticket seat.

Will they just update my ST card to allow entry or will they send me a paper ticket?

I have had tickets through, they didn' put it on my card

When i went down for mine they gave me a paper ticket even though i have a season ticket card.

They put mine onto the cards....

Come to think they didnt ask for my address so must be on the card. Well I hope so.

i called them today and they said there was an issue with cards but its working now so they should go onto your card mine is now

They dont need your address, your fan no will give them that
