Pretty much all of us noticed that Earnie & Miller cant work together in a front 2. But I think I have found a way that they can:

Gestede will be vital if we ever play this formation.
Also our wing-backs can cover for the 2 midfielders that will have to be sacrificed to play this formation, as their allways in the midfield area anyway.
But as you can see I put an arrow by Earnie (obviously showing a path for him to run into). So he will be fed a lot of balls by Gestede or Miller.
Eg. Any midfield player gives the ball to Gestede, he then plays it to Earnie if he is in a goalscoring position, which he does find himself in regularly, or Miller on the right hand side of the box, who can then lay it off back to Gestede, or whip it in to Earnie.
I think if we play this formation regularly throughout January the strikers will get a lot more goals. Lets face it, 8 goals in the league isnt a lot for Kenny Miller, although he has been getting involved in other areas of the pitch, im not playing him down. But IMO Earnie would find himself scoring a lot more goals and so would Miller. This is the only way we would be able to use both Millers and Earnies abilities with this current set of players we have.
Feel free to change anything, add your own ideas etc. But like I said in the title, just a thought...
