If Coleman gets welsh job we will go backwards big time in my opinion! The guy is clueless when it comes to tactics and I for one would prefer even John Hartson to get Job. The FAW need to take a long hard look at themselves if they make this appointment. I was just starting to enjoy watching Wales again Christ if it's not broke don't fix it, get a manager in who will work with current set up or promote from within. Coleman would be neither

I dont see the problem with Coleman did well with fulham with no money!! Gary speed didn't have a very good record as manager with sheffield utd and look how he turned welsh football around & worked wonders with our players!!
I say give Chris Coleman a chance!!

It's matter of opinion I suppose but I feel the guy lacks charisma and is tatically inept both qualities needed in abundance for the modern game

Defo want Chris Coleman, Welsh manager with a bit of experience. As was said in the post above, Speed had achieved nothing as manager and did well, same goes for Mark Hughes before he become Welsh Manager. Chris Coleman will do well I think.

Thought this may get mixed response but if he does get it I hope your right but i just can't see his management credentials to be honest

personally colemans character does not inspire me, but his passion for the wales job is second to none,
before speed was given the role, i remember coleman being interviewed and he clearly was up for the job.
so good on him, i just hope theres no toys thrown out of the pram with our players if he gets the position,
we need the same commitment has we had for speed on and off the field.

Coleman would not be my choice at all but if appointed I will support him and the team just because its Wales. I hope, if it is him, he keeps to Speeds plan because you shouldn't try and fix something that's not broke.
