I went to a Welsh Cup game at Jenner Park with the Barry boys in the 70s.

They were playing the City and bashed any Cardiff fans that let themselves be known.

Then the same lot were leading it against Wolves down NP the following week.

No....chucked out for climbing through the hole in the fence -- getting in for free.
These days they would make the hole bigger to get people in !

Shame because the current Barry team are very good and play a passing game. Worth visiting if City are ever playing away ??

the worse thing it wasnt my first bad experience on the north bank i got twatted by man city the year before

Brentford when we took thousands on a bank Holiday might have been New Years Day and the ground was full to capacity with loads of City outside we went round to the Brentford end and forced the gates and poured in only to be chased back out by a load of coppers with dogs and batons drawn very hairy

Craven cottage Cant remember the year but must be in the 90s and we took 4000 there, and a few of our Lads got in the away end and then when we scored the Lads celebrated and it kicked off and even though the Lads were giving as good as they got and held there own, but then even more Fulham Fans were joining in and then hundreds of City fans in the away end climbed the fence which held the game up for must be 40 mins.
My mate Wayne and me was sat on the fence and we was on the TV (Glad my Mum and Dad didnt see it) But then Wayne got into an argument with Geoff the Police spotter and it started getting nasty as Wayne started calling Geoff a Wanker. Geoff wanted to smash Wayne but got held back by other Plod, I dragged Wayne away, then David Diddy Hamilton came on the Tannoy saying Fulham Fans were the Best and City Fans were Scum. I started singing Diddy Hamilton is a Wanker is a Wanker. Next thing i know 4 Coppers grabbed me 1 arm and 1 leg each and carried me up the terracing. Then Wayne said to someone "where's Steve ?" And some one said "Up there !!" and i was just disappearing up the top. I then got taken to this interview room where there was dozens there, they told me they were cautioning me and they would let the Chelsea Fans that were outside deal with Me. At that point i laughed at them but they threw me out where there was about a hundred City Fans outside that had been chucked out, And it seemed most of them had been told the same as me.

We then heard a tremendous roar as Nathan Blake had scored again, Then there was this figure running towards the gate from inside the ground !! It was Wayne He then gave a running performance on how Blake had scored and by then you had a couple of hundred City outside go mental as Wayne showed us how Blake scored.

Those were the Days i would of had a stretch inside for that now. And the funny thing was when Wayne and me went to Torquay not long after Geoff saw us and he went over to Wayne and said to Wayne "If you ever call me a Wanker again i will put you in a cell and beat the shit out of you" Wayne and me was laughing all the way home and to be fair he saw the smile on our faces as well and cracked a smile as well. Had respect for Geoff a character to the end
