The thread has been deleted and the poster's ip address has been traced.

The poster is using Virgin Media and is in the Pontypridd area, I won't put his address out but at least he now knows (and others also) that it is very easy to track someone down when you know their ip address.

Couldnt you have privately PM'd a mod instead of creating a scene.

You won't trace an ip address to someone's actual address it's too difficult, it goes through an exchange server 1st before their network gate way! And if they have wifi or a mobile device that makes it even more difficult. The best you'll get is an approximate area and even that might have a large radius!
