Just wondering if any of you have lied about a situation or told a lie!

Would be interesting to hear any funny or dark lies that have been told!

I have lied big time this week! Here goes!

We have a cat called poppy. Lovely thing and have grown quite fond of the little pussy. However it got ill and we had to take it to the emergency vets! It turned out that it was quite Ill and needed vetanarian care. Next day we had to take the little blighter to the vets to have more tests and a proper diagnosis! Poppy was in a bad way even as far as licking the hell out of her bottom and dragging her bottom against the carpet whilst twitching. it wasn't nice! Normally she is such an affectionate animal and good fun around the house!

My mrs went to work very worried. I had the day off and said don't worry babe I will take her to the vets and get it sorted!
My mrs went off to work almost in tears! She couldn't get the time off!!

Well could I get the ball of fluff in the bloody cage? Could I f**k! I battled Like f**k and have the scram marks to show for it


So I gave up!

I stayed at home with the cat the whole day giving my mrs false updates of the treatment proceedings!
Told her that they gave a big anti biotic injection and we need to see how she responds!!

Luckily poppy has made a full recovery all by herself and I was able to catch up on watching 24 season 7

All turned out well in the end but I have lied in a big way!! The mrs has now offered to pick me up at gabalfa after palace as a thankyou!! I feel terrible but glad of the lift!! She will never know the truth the cat could be dead!!!
