Joe Mason

What a clever player this lad looks. He has impressed me greatly with his time at the club and shows a real willing. He came on again yesterday and I thought lifted the time. He has good movement and some great tricks. He reminds a bit of Jason Fowler in the 90's very much the same build and love to have the ball and ghost around and run at people. Lets hope he can keep it up :ayatollah:

Yep I believe we have a great player of the future here, and he is not up him self like some of the others are. :ayatollah:

Every now and then I wish he had an extra yard of pace but his general play and finishing has been excellent. Reminds of me Alan Shearer with some of his finishes

Mason is class and it won't be long before the Premiership big boys come sniffing around. A couple of weeks ago I saw some posters claiming that Mason was a 'squad' player at best and we should be looking to bring in another forward (on wages of at least £10k p/w no doubt)

I couldn't disagree more, I think Mason is an excellent back-up/partner for Kenny Miller and I think bringing in anyone else would be a waste of cash as well as denying the boy valuable game time.

Mason is going all the way and good luck to the lad. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

he works his socks off and will definetly be a star, his most impressive performance for me was playing as a lone striker at Elland road,he rose to the ocassion and looked like an experienced pro who had been playing the game for years.

thoroughly deserves his place in the team :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Funny thing is i have a customer in Plymouth who is a season ticket holder and when we signed him he said he was nothing special and was lazy and would have one good game in six.  He doesn't believe me when i say how well he is doing for us.
Could be down to Malky's man management again :D :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I doubt they have one. It would have been about money up front for them in the state they were.
