You're right they will have to agree, if the first fight now goes down as a "no-contest" im not 100% sure but i think the original terms of the fight are used. Ie) it'll have to be in Washington.

I'm hoping Khan Peterson will be on same bill as Pacquia Mayweather on May 5th, Pac v Mayweather will probaly never happen but what a night that would be

Justice will only be done when the judges In question receive bans. A no contest would be an even bigger injustice .
Khan lost the fight, Lamont Peterson is a deserved champion, he fought the fight of his life despite almost being blown away in the first two rounds he changed his tactics and khan couldn't adjust his style to the change.
Amir has improved tenfold under guidance of Freddie Roach as did Pacman and Steve Collins before him, but I think it was his inner demons that have surface in Previous fights notably Willie Limond and late on in the Marcos Maidana.

As for the Rematch

I expect the IBF to follow suit and order a rematch as WBA have done and I believe it will take place in UK or Vegas depending where GOLDENBOY promos stand to make most profit, As for the fight itself I don't think Peterson has another perfomance of that magnitude in him and Khan will have the bit between his teeth and will stop him within 5.

FMJ to get a body shot in, the fight was broken up and they were pulled apart.
Mayweather was struggling with the pace inside, Ricky was bullying him. America
wouldnt stand for that. Im not saying Hatton would have won, but by disabling
him of his main weapon... they gave Floyd an easy night.

Hopkins V Calzaghe... well of course, if the fight is fought at distance, Joe is
going to destroy BHOP.. so Hopkins is allowed to grab, butt, wrestle and spoil

Floyd out worked hatton on the inside when ricky did get time and space to work on inside. There was no injustice in the refs display Cortez warned Ricky before and during the fight, it's also worth a note that Cortez reffed Hattons Previous fight against Castillo where again both fighters were warned before and during the fight. Hatton didn't complain that night though.
And TBH anywhere where there is sport or any type of Gambling there's normally corruption of some sort .
