Pisses me off!

In school yesterday and had a bit of free time so me and my mates started talking football. We came on to the subject of the CCS, a lot of people (some even City supporters) saying ''Its a lovely stadium, great atmosphere, a lot better than Ninian Park. It was ugly as f.uck). Left me with the most blank expression ever It was actually a Man Ure ''fan'' who said those exact words.
I cant explain to someone how naive there being, and tell them how great that 'shithole' was in less than half an hour. But they allways pull the trump card, they pull up a picture of the old Grange end on their phones. I know it did look shit, i'll be honest there, but thats what made it so amazing, it had character! Not like the ikea stadium we occupy now. I cant tell you how much i'd give to have been at that Leeds FA Cup game a decade ago.
These are the kind of plastics who are mentioned on here day-by-day, the kind of people who only go to the 'big games' like the Play offs, or Carling Cup QF's or SF's. Agree with you on that one baz, although, it has been good for a few games, esp the last 20 against Leicester in the league match when Gypes got sent off.

It seems to be a recurring theme on here, glad to hear that the atmosphere is improving at your new ground. We finally got a drum towards the end of last season and even though I wasn't keen, it has made a big difference.

As for your days at Ninian Park, I can sympathise. I miss the Vetch in the same way, yes, it was a shithole, but it was our shithole and to have 20 years of my memories taken away in the blink of an eye was heartbreaking.

Because we had 30 years of misery and 9 years in the Dungeon league, but when sang with 4,000 we created more of an atmosphere than 23,000 do at the new stadium.
You cant compare stadiums, when Ninian Park was alive nothing will compare with it.
