With malkay and his history of giving the younger players a chance with his time at watford and now with us with giving time to players like mason ralls etc I would like to see him invest in some more younger talents, and as we know one of the key postions needed to be strengthened is out on the wings and I know we been talking about kebe and having a bid for noone rejected but I would like malkay to tept the waters at blackpool for thomas ince I truly believe he will becoome a great player
