Not only did he just bring them in but he has trained them to give 100% every game. Dave Jones never did that, he basically just fielded a team and just let them do the job. I always thought that Dave was a excellent manager and I still do but a question remains in my head, is Malky the best manager we've ever had?

It Is too early, but i genuinley think he has the attitude and managment skills to take us to that next step and make us a great club, in my time watching cardiff he is by far the best. There are not many managers around who can unite a clubs fans and players within 6 months on joining... wouldnt surprise me if he is managing a top 4 prem side within the next 10 years.... hopefully still with CCFC

i will say all his signing have been above average. The ones I am concerned about seem to be working there way up from above average to good. Miller and Conway are the ones I am still concerned about with Conway the biggest concern. Before people jump on me I will say Miller is knocking on the good door.

I don't include Earnie in MM signings but if he was then he would be my big concern. I am not surprised over that and did not want him coming back here as a player. However I would love him to prove me wrong, really would.

Definitely has the potential to be but it' s still early days, needs to achieve promotion first.

I normally agree with your post Iain, But Kenny Miller concerned about ? Hes been proabably our best signing in my opinion. Him and Whitts seem to be a class above this division
