Did you read the link? It say's he may have to wait till the last day of the window.
I happen to like the way Malky works, if they are not right for the squad, don't bring them in for the sake of it. (like the last incumbent) Fowler, Hasselbank et al.

Although I totally agree that we have to wait for the right player(s) to become available, waiting for the last few days of the window is a massive risk. In Malky we trust
