Think he's more to do with the scouting rather than signings

I would imagine moody is responsible for gettin the player once malky's indentified him and it's been cleared by the board

Ok, but i was told the other day that he has full control in sending players out on loan (obviously after malky gives him the go ahead) dont know how true it is
