Saying that, even if they do find who did it, they won't get a punishment that would fit the crime.

To be fair mate, that happened a long time ago; and whilst the internet wasn't as widespread then as it is now, I'm sure there was a suitable amount of outrage at the time (and still is).


As for these scumbags, I fear the only way they could be punished for their vile actions would be to have done to them, what they did to the animals.

I'm all for the "an eye for an eye" philosophy of punishment in cases such as this! The injuries those poor animals suffered should be inflicted on those men and when the torture is over the news cameras can film them and ask them "So, how does it feel then?".

Anyone sick enough to commit a pointless act of brutality like this, can't possibly ever feel sorry for what they done - only sorry that they get caught. So you can never convince me that conventional punishments apply to disgraceful crimes like this?
