Mackay or Villas Boas?

Bit of a hypothetical question here, but if given the choice right now who would you prefer to have as manager at Cardiff - Villas Boas or Mackay? I only ask as me and a couple of my mates were discussing this the other day and I said Mackay would be my choice! Right now Mackay is doing everything at Cardiff that Villas Boas isn't at Chelsea! Granted the two clubs are incomparable in many ways but looking at the managers at both clubs I firmly believe we have the superior coach of the two for a number of reasons!
Team Spirit - Comparing the two clubs right now the difference is staggering, under Mackay we have a close group of players who work unbelievably hard for each other, the squad is disciplined and united. This is perhaps even more impressive when you think the majority of the squad have only been together for a few months and Mackay has been the key to the gelling taking place so quickly and effectively! Compare this to Chelsea right now, what a bunch of over-paid prima donnas! They look like a bunch of individuals who appear to not give a toss about saving their managers job. Also how sad was it that Villas Boas told the Chelsea players they have to celebrate with him when they score! Granted the players at Chelsea have far bigger ego's than we have but in my opinion Mackay would be more than capable of managing those types of ego's!
Tactically - Mackay has proven he can mix it up and deliver the goods, whether it be 4-4-2, 4-5-1 or 4-3-1-2 the players look comfortable with any formation. Whereas Chelsea look a complete mess, there tactics at times are comical - Villas Boas could afford to get away with a high line in Portugal but not in the Premier League! Mackay's teams plays to the strengths of his players, unlike Villas Boas!
From a transfer perspective it would not be fair to draw comparisons, however thus far Mackay has proven to be very astute with his signings by mixing youth, experience and taking a chance on players who prior to joining the club none of us had heard of.
This isn't a dig at Villas Boas but rather me emphasising what a great manager I feel we have! (I respect what he achieved at Porto but let's face it Porto are the dominant force in Portugal and were always going to win the Portuguese title regardless of who the manager was)
Overall I feel if Mackay was in charge at Chelsea right now they would be doing far better than they are currently under Villas Boas.
I know which manager would inspire me more! We have a very special manager here right now in Malky Mackay! I only hope we can keep hold of him long enough for him to deliver what we all want - Premier League football!!! Because for me Mackay is without a doubt destined to manage a top club at some stage.

Malky 1 AVB 0 for me every time
However, part of the reason AVB was brought in was to break up the team of geriatrics at Chelsea and rebuild it with a younger team. So, who would be the best at that, Malky or AVB. Not so sure about that one.
My understanding is that Abramovitch has brought AVB in for the long term. I suppose only time will tell.

You cant compare the 2, its impossible, but AVB has won europa league and the treble with Porto without losing 1 game. MM hasnt won anything.
