I don't really understand the stick this guy gets. Fair enough he's not quite Championship standard, but the beginning of March is not the most convenient time to get players in on loan. You just have to take what you're offered really, especially with goalkeepers. He and Jason Brown were the best available so what was Jones meant to do, play Santiago in goal? :?

Wasn't Santiago injured as well? Bywater was thrown in at the deep end recovering from injury himself and I don't nelieve he was a as bad some made out, but he was an easy target. Brown never even got a look in yet both are getting good reviews at their current clubs.

Bywater is no where near good enough for us.

Bywaters problem is his decision making rather than ability, he can be a very good shot stopper on his day.

It's so easy to put the blame on the man in between the sticks cause he's the last man in defence but what i could also see is that the ones in front of him were defending like school kid's and don't say how do i know? the simple answer is that i was at the games to see it happening! ;) He's played well for us that's why we have signed him! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
