Sgorio, - the welsh league standard

Tue Jan 03, 2012 12:15 am

I watched Sgorio today as i'm still dying from NYE :ayatollah: ,

the standard was shocking , i've never actually sat down and watched a whole game before, only europa quals.

the fitness is a disgrace and see better players on the parks , some of the strikers they had on offer would of barely got into our side

Played for a couple of sides in the 2nd and 3rd Leagues, to be honest there's not much difference between the two.

Also the football and beer culture exist's. Most of the boys after games would get ruined in the club bar myself included. So to your Sunday league comment, your right in some cases but it's just slightly better players getting rat arsed.

I cant comment on the Welsh Premier as I never played there.

true, theirs a fair bit of wasted talent , bad diet and alcoholism . resulting in bad shape/fitness
not enough progression for young players
