THE LEAGUE TABLE (Posted as of 2/1/12)

So during the second half of the season as I usually do, I will post the current league tables to the forum on a regular basis to save having to go back and forth between other sites. This will help users who need reference to it when talking about about our position. goals for/against. goal difference, etc etc ......

As it stands, and with some other the kinder set of fixtures we have coming up (compared to some of the tougher games the other top 5 teams are facing), we are looking fairly strong. Hopefully our position can help us to become a more attractive proposition to any potential players we are targeting.....



Thank you to the players and Malky Mackay for their performances so far this season! I think it is fair to say that we are all happy with the position we currently stand in.

Do we miss league games because of the palace games?
ie can we go top next league game if results go our way?

theres no reason to fear anyone in this league... but we still have to be wary of everygame... there is no stand out team again this yr..

i just hope we can get two or three in now and really kick on and go for the autos... there is no reason why we cannot achieve this....

If we sign 2 or 3 players this month, I really can see us finishing in the top two. Why not? After just over half of the league season we are right in the mix. We've already beaten the current top two and it's a lot closer at the top this year. Still think West Ham will win finish top given the strength of their squad, but 2nd is definitely achievable!

Esp. as 1 is against us! If they lose to us & WHU, I can see them settling nicely in the Play-Offs.

I think he's questioning the use of the quotation marks around the word itself when there is no need for it.

Anyway - I edited it now as it sounded out of date today the way I titled it.

with lambert getting a straight red yesterday theres every chance they could lose their next game or 3 unless it gets over turned anyway. all we need to do is concentrate on our games and performances.

whenever we got to top the league under jones the team couldnt handle the pressure. be interesting to see how MM's team handles it if we get a shot at top spot.

I don't see why we can't finish 1st if we do sign a few more players and our team do get stronger we could achieve it!
